Pre-listing House Wash
This was a full complete cleaning. Home, 2 driveways, retainer walls, front porch. This house was about to be listed to sell. This was a 2 day project due to the size of the home and scope of work to be completed.

Gutter Clean Out
This is what happens when you neglect your gutters for 4 years. No screens, a lot of tree foilage, and water that runs over the gutter instead of down the spouts!

Driveway/Stairs
The algae was so thick that anytime it got wet the homeowner complained of how slippery the driveway and stares were. Algae and mold can eat away at the wood on the stairs over time and take away the protective properties of the treated wood that protects it from the elements. This was a beautiful restoration.

Retainer Wall
The algae growth and mold can be a real eyesore. Sometimes homeowners don't even realize it because they are used to seeing it that way for so long. But the wall and the pad is like a night and day difference.
